Steamed Wontons

  1. Take two leaves of the cabbage, wash and then cut into tiny shreds.
  2. Dice green onions, ginger, chestnuts, and pork into super tiny bits.
  3. In a medium bowl mix all ingredients minus wrappers well.
  4. Place heaping teaspoons of mixture into each wrapper, wet edges of wrapper with water and crumple upward into wonton shape.
  5. In batches line the bottom of a steamer basket with two cabbage leaves and steam wontons for 13.5 mins.
