Garlic Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of greens (mustard, turnip, or collard)
  • 6 gloves of garlic
  • olive oil (about ¼ cup)

Directions

  1. Remove green steams and shred, dice one of the garlic gloves, crush the rest and set aside.
  2. Cover bottom of a deep skillet with olive oil, and get hot under medium heat.
  3. Sautee the crushed garlic for 5 mins then remove garlic.
  4. Add greens then diced garlic and sautéed until wilted.
