Ingredients
- 1 bunch of greens (mustard, turnip, or collard)
- 6 gloves of garlic
- olive oil (about ¼ cup)
Directions
- Remove green steams and shred, dice one of the garlic gloves, crush the rest and set aside.
- Cover bottom of a deep skillet with olive oil, and get hot under medium heat.
- Sautee the crushed garlic for 5 mins then remove garlic.
- Add greens then diced garlic and sautéed until wilted.
