Tandoori Chicken
2 day process.
Ingredients
- 12 chicken thighs
- 2 lemons
- 3 limes
- 1 TBSP minced peeled ginger root
- 1 minced garlic
- 2 tsp coriander
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ tsp salt
Directions
- Cut large slits in chicken going against the grain.
- Dice ginger root and garlic with spices.
- Rub chicken with spices and squeeze lemon juice on top, put chicken in a small bowl.
- Marinate Chicken for 12 hours.
- Bake chicken with juice and all at 375° for 38 mins.
- Cut limes into fourths and serve with chicken.
