Tahini
Makes ½ cup. Keeps in fridge for 5 months
Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
- 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
- 4 TBSP olive oil
- ¼ cup sesame seeds toasted
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions
- In a food processor pulse sesame seeds a few times.
- Add a pinch of salt and 1 TBSP olive oil slowly while processing for about 20 seconds.
- Cut garlic into small pieces and add to processor with vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Process for 30 seconds while slowly adding 3 TBSP olive oil.
