Ingredients
- 3 lbs carrots
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsp minced chives
Directions
- Place peeled and diced carrots in a steamer basket.
- Boil water in a medium pot, then steam carrots for 23 mins.
- Place carrots in skillet and cook on medium heat.
- Toss in butter, salt, sugar, and lemon juice till coated.
- Dump carrots in a bowl and top with chives.
