Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 TBSP milk
  • 1 TBSP butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. In bowl combine eggs with milk using a fork.
  2. In a skillet melt butter over medium low heat.
  3. Stir in a pinch of salt with egg mixture and pour into pan.
  4. Stir slowly with spatula, as soon as curds start forming set heat to high.
  5. Stop stirring and fold the eggs over themselves until all moisture is gone.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
