Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 TBSP milk
- 1 TBSP butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- In bowl combine eggs with milk using a fork.
- In a skillet melt butter over medium low heat.
- Stir in a pinch of salt with egg mixture and pour into pan.
- Stir slowly with spatula, as soon as curds start forming set heat to high.
- Stop stirring and fold the eggs over themselves until all moisture is gone.
- Season with salt and pepper.
