Rigatoni Negatano

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken
  • 2 lb zucchini
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 1 minced garlic
  • 1 oz fresh basil
  • 8 oz mozzarella
  • 25 oz marinara sauce
  • 4 oz olive oil
  • 10 oz rigatoni pasta

Directions

  1. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces, cook and set aside.
  2. Cut up zucchini and mushrooms, cook and set aside.
  3. Cook pasta and set aside.
  4. Heat olive oil on mid heat in a big pot.
  5. Add chicken, noodles and marinara to pot and stir.
  6. Add zucchini, mushrooms, garlic, and basil to pot and stir.
  7. Add mozzarella slowly to pot and stir.
  8. Stir regularly for 15 mins.
