Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken
- 2 lb zucchini
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 1 minced garlic
- 1 oz fresh basil
- 8 oz mozzarella
- 25 oz marinara sauce
- 4 oz olive oil
- 10 oz rigatoni pasta
Directions
- Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces, cook and set aside.
- Cut up zucchini and mushrooms, cook and set aside.
- Cook pasta and set aside.
- Heat olive oil on mid heat in a big pot.
- Add chicken, noodles and marinara to pot and stir.
- Add zucchini, mushrooms, garlic, and basil to pot and stir.
- Add mozzarella slowly to pot and stir.
- Stir regularly for 15 mins.
