Ingredients
- 16 oz mushrooms
- 1 yellow onion
- 11 TBSP butter
- 21 oz consommé
- 1 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 ¼ cups rice
Directions
- Dice onion and saute with 1 TBSP butter.
- Dice mushrooms and saute with 2 TBSP butter.
- Put everything in a covered casserole dish.
- Cook at 325° for 1 hour. stirring mid way through.
