Rice Casserole

Grandma's

Ingredients

  • 16 oz mushrooms
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 11 TBSP butter
  • 21 oz consommé
  • 1 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 ¼ cups rice

Directions

  1. Dice onion and saute with 1 TBSP butter.
  2. Dice mushrooms and saute with 2 TBSP butter.
  3. Put everything in a covered casserole dish.
  4. Cook at 325° for 1 hour. stirring mid way through.
