Ingredients
- ¾ cup long-grain rice (rinsed)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions
- Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in rice and cook for 2 mins.
- Add salt and 1 ¼ cups of water then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to as low as possible, cover for 20 mins.
- Remove from heat, remove lid, and put a dish towel over the pan.
- Let sit for 10 mins and then fluff with a fork.
