Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb small red potatoes
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 1 TBSP fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 TBSP salt
  • 2 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Cut potatoes in fourths and boil for 12 mins.
  2. Add oil and butter to a pan over medium high heat and brown potatoes in pan for 8 mins.
  3. Mix in thyme, salt, and pepper.
