Ingredients
- 2 1” thick 8oz bone-in pork chops
- 1 TBSP thyme (minced)
- 1 TBSP vegetable oil
- 1 TBSP butter
- salt
- black pepper
Directions
- Pat chops dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a cast-iron pan over high heat.
- Cook chops flipping every minute for about 5 mins.
- Add butter and thyme and cook until chops reach 135°.
- Allow to rest for 5 mins.
