Ingredients
- 4 cups pineapple
- 1 lime
- 2 cups sugar
Directions
- Process pineapple, 1 TBSP line juice and ¼ cup of water until smooth.
- Strain out pulp, refrigerate juice overnight.
- Boil 2 cups water with sugar with medium high heat stirring for 10 mins making simple syrup.
- Transfer simple syrup to an ice batch and stir until well chilled. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Mix pineapple mixture and 2 W½ cup simple syrup in an ice cream maker for 12 mins, and let freeze overnight.
