Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 sticks butter
- 2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 ½ tsp salt
Directions
- Cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
- Add flour, ½ tsp salt and mix well.
- Line 24 count mini muffin pan with dough, leaving holes for filling.
- Mix sugar, pecans, eggs, 2 TBSP butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and ¼ tsp salt together.
- Pour mixture into muffin cups and bake 350° for 23½ mins.
