Pecan Tarts

Ingredients

  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp salt

Directions

  1. Cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Add flour, ½ tsp salt and mix well.
  3. Line 24 count mini muffin pan with dough, leaving holes for filling.
  4. Mix sugar, pecans, eggs, 2 TBSP butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and ¼ tsp salt together.
  5. Pour mixture into muffin cups and bake 350° for 23½ mins.
