Peanut Butter Fudge

Aunt Pat via Grandma Shane Version

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup white corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix until even consistency.
  2. Put in a 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Cut into 1 inch pieces.
