Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups of flour
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅔ cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups peanut butter chips
- 2 eggs
- 2 sticks butter
- ½ tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream together butter, sugar, and peanut butter with a mixer.
- Beat the eggs with vanilla and add to mixer.
- Slowly add flour, baking soda, salt and peanut butter chips.
- Roll into walnut sized balls and place on greased cookie sheets.
- Using a fork press each ball in two directions, dipping fork in water to prevent sticking.
- Cook for 13.5 mins, cool on wire rack.
