Pancakes
Mix makes three batches, stores up to 3 months.
Ingredients
- 6 cups all purpose flour
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 TBSP salt
- 2 eggs (x3)
- 2 cups buttermilk (x3)
- 4 TBSP butter (x3)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (x3)
Directions
- To make mix; combine flour, sugar, baking power, baking soda, and salt in a container and shake.
- Whisk egg whites, vanilla extract and buttermilk together in a small bowl.
- Whisk egg yolks with melted butter.
- Pour all liquids rendered on top of 2 cups of mix, and whisk together.
- Keeping a griddle buttered cook at a tad below medium heat, flipping once one side has standing bubbles.
- Freeze leftovers by sandwiching them between towels for a couple hours then transfer to a freezer bag
