Mango Mint Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 3 mangoes
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tsp mint
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ΒΌ cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Ripen mangoes, peel seed and chop. Juice lime.
  2. In a medium pan over medium heat, combine sugar, milk, syrup and heat to an almost boil then set aside.
  3. Process mangoes and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Add mango mixture to milk mixture. fold in chopped mint and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Mix mixture in an ice cream maker for 12 mins, and freeze overnight.
