Ingredients
- 3 mangoes
- 1 lime
- 2 tsp mint
- 2 cups whole milk
- ΒΌ cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
Directions
- Ripen mangoes, peel seed and chop. Juice lime.
- In a medium pan over medium heat, combine sugar, milk, syrup and heat to an almost boil then set aside.
- Process mangoes and lime juice until smooth.
- Add mango mixture to milk mixture. fold in chopped mint and refrigerate overnight.
- Mix mixture in an ice cream maker for 12 mins, and freeze overnight.
