Linguine With Pesto

  1. Roughly process almonds and toast in a skillet for about 3 mins.
  2. Process almonds, garlic, basil, ¼ tsp salt, pepper, and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Add romano cheese and butter to processor and process for 10 secs.
  4. Scrape sides of processor and process for a 3 more secs.
  5. Boil linguine in water along with 1 tsp salt, and save 1 TBSP pasta water when drained.
  6. Toss pasta, reserved water and pesto together.
  7. Top with parmesan.
