- Roughly process almonds and toast in a skillet for about 3 mins.
- Process almonds, garlic, basil, ¼ tsp salt, pepper, and olive oil until smooth.
- Add romano cheese and butter to processor and process for 10 secs.
- Scrape sides of processor and process for a 3 more secs.
- Boil linguine in water along with 1 tsp salt, and save 1 TBSP pasta water when drained.
- Toss pasta, reserved water and pesto together.
- Top with parmesan.
