Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 vine ripe tomatoes
- 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp molasses
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¾ cup baby dill pickles
Directions
- Process, ½ cup onion, pepper, garlic, tomatoes, vinegar, molasses, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a sauce pot and cook at medium low heat for 25 mins, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into a covered container and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Pulse mixture, ¼ cup onion, pickles, and mustard until desired smoothness.
