Grilled Short Ribs

  1. Combine all but ribs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Salt and pepper the ribs and coat with bowl contents.
  3. Marinate in a zipper-lock bag in fridge for 24 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Wipe marinade off ribs.
  5. Grill while turning frequently until meat registers 125°.
  6. Tent with foil for 5 mins.
