Cranberry Sauce
Needs an overnight chill.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of fresh cranberries
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup 100% cranberry juice
- 1 cup of honey
Directions
- Combine all but cranberries and bring to boil over medium heat.
- Reduce to medium-low and simmer for 5 mins.
- Add cranberries and cook for 15 mins stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 mins.
- Place sauce in plastic container and let chill in refrigerator overnight.
