Cranberry Sauce

Needs an overnight chill.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fresh cranberries
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ cup 100% cranberry juice
  • 1 cup of honey

Directions

  1. Combine all but cranberries and bring to boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce to medium-low and simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Add cranberries and cook for 15 mins stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 mins.
  5. Place sauce in plastic container and let chill in refrigerator overnight.
