Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups chocolate or peanut butter chips
- 1 egg
- 2 oz milk
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Sift together flour, salt, and baking soda in a mixing bowl.
- Stir the egg, milk and vanilla in another bowl.
- Mix the butter in a mixer starting on low speed for a couple minutes.
- Add both sugars slowly and increase the speed to medium until butter is fluffy.
- Reduce speed to low and add the egg mixture slowly, increase speed to medium until combined
- Slowly add the chocolate or peanut butter chips.
- Scoop cookies onto parchment, 6 cookies per sheet and bake on a backing sheet for 10 mins a sheet.
- Once cooked immediately place on a drying rack and eventually store in an air tight container
