Cilantro Mint Chutney
Can be stored refrigerated for 2 weeks. Great as a dipping sauce, on meat or rice.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cilantro (loosely packed)
- ½ cup mint leaves
- ⅓ cup lime juice
- 2 tsp ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 serranos chilies (chopped)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender with 3 TBSP of water.
- Blend until smooth.
