Cilantro Mint Chutney

Can be stored refrigerated for 2 weeks. Great as a dipping sauce, on meat or rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cilantro (loosely packed)
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • ⅓ cup lime juice
  • 2 tsp ginger (minced)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 serranos chilies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender with 3 TBSP of water.
  2. Blend until smooth.
