Chimichurri
Maybe missing 1 cup of parsley. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
Ingredients
- ½ jalapeño
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup cilantro
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 2 tsp cumin
- ¾ tsp salt
Directions
- Lightly process jalapeño, garlic, an onion.
- Process everything else until smooth.
