Chile Paste
Freeze for 1 year. Use 2 TBSP in place of 1 TBSP chili powder.

Directions
- Seed and tear all chilies into roughly 1″ pieces.
- Toast chiles in a dutch oven over medium-high heat stirring for 4 mins.
- Add stock and simmer for 7 mins.
- Process for 2 mins.
- Freeze the paste in trays.
