Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • ½ cup tequila
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 12 large tortillas
  • 4 limes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1 TB chili powder
  • 1 TB cumin
  • 1 TB garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Combine tequila, juice from limes, ¼ cup olive oil and all spices.
  2. Add chicken and tequila mixture to a Ziploc bag and marinate overnight in refrigeration.
  3. Grill chicken breasts for about 7 minutes each side, let rest and cut into small strips.
  4. With 1 TB olive oil fry sliced vegetables in a skillet over medium high heat for 4 mins.
