Chicken and Onions

Ingredients

  • 4 large white onions
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 TB oil
  • 1 TB lemon juice
  • 2 TB butter
  • 5 tsp lemon pepper
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 cup beer

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken for at least 30 mins with beer, oil, lemon juice, 4 tsp lemon pepper and ground pepper.
  2. Cut onions into fourths lay on two foil sheets add butter and sprinkle 1 tsp lemon pepper on top.
  3. Fold the foil over and poke holes in the top.
  4. Cook everything on a grill, 20 mins for onions and 5 mins for each chicken side.
