Ingredients
- 4 large white onions
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 TB oil
- 1 TB lemon juice
- 2 TB butter
- 5 tsp lemon pepper
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 1 cup beer
Directions
- Marinate chicken for at least 30 mins with beer, oil, lemon juice, 4 tsp lemon pepper and ground pepper.
- Cut onions into fourths lay on two foil sheets add butter and sprinkle 1 tsp lemon pepper on top.
- Fold the foil over and poke holes in the top.
- Cook everything on a grill, 20 mins for onions and 5 mins for each chicken side.
