Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 2 TBSP vegetable oil
- 4 slices of swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns (toasted)
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Divide meat into four patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Sous-vide in bags at 125° for 30 mins to 3 hours.
- Pat patties dry and season with salt and pepper again.
- Sear each side with vegetable oil in a pan for 45 secs on each side.
- Be sure to add cheese on top after the first flip.
- Serve with bun and any desired condiments.
