Cheeseburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 2 TBSP vegetable oil
  • 4 slices of swiss cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns (toasted)
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Divide meat into four patties and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sous-vide in bags at 125° for 30 mins to 3 hours.
  3. Pat patties dry and season with salt and pepper again.
  4. Sear each side with vegetable oil in a pan for 45 secs on each side.
  5. Be sure to add cheese on top after the first flip.
  6. Serve with bun and any desired condiments.
