Cajun Shrimp
Serve with french bread.
Ingredients
- Mesquite wood chips
- 2 lbs shrimp
- 1 cup butter - melted
- ⅛ cup Cajun seasoning
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 TBSP dried rosemary
Directions
- In a bowl toss shrimp with all ingredients.
- Lay shrimp out in shallow aluminum pans, but sure to cover with butter.
- Smoke the shrimp at 185° until the shrimp reaches 140°F (about 30 mins).
