Cajun Shrimp

Serve with french bread.

Ingredients

  • Mesquite wood chips
  • 2 lbs shrimp
  • 1 cup butter - melted
  • ⅛ cup Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 TBSP dried rosemary

Directions

  1. In a bowl toss shrimp with all ingredients.
  2. Lay shrimp out in shallow aluminum pans, but sure to cover with butter.
  3. Smoke the shrimp at 185° until the shrimp reaches 140°F (about 30 mins).
