Brisket Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 large brisket
  • 17 oz liquid smoke
  • 3 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 TBSP steak sauce
  • 1 TBSP hot sauce
  • 2 cups red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 3 TBSP chili powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 TBSP salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a Dutch oven with brisket.
  2. Bake at 200° for 12 hours, turning the brisket midway through.
  3. Remove fat and slice.
