Ingredients
- 1 large brisket
- 17 oz liquid smoke
- 3 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 3 TBSP steak sauce
- 1 TBSP hot sauce
- 2 cups red wine vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 3 TBSP chili powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 TBSP salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a Dutch oven with brisket.
- Bake at 200° for 12 hours, turning the brisket midway through.
- Remove fat and slice.
