Beef Teriyaki Kabobs

3 hour marinate

Ingredients

  • 4 small red onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 2 zucchini
  • 6 garlic gloves
  • 1" ginger
  • 2 lbs beef flank steak
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ½ cup peanut oil
  • 1 TBSP toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp mustard powder

Directions

  1. Cut up onions, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, and beef into bite size pieces.
  2. Mince garlic and ginger.
  3. In a sealable container mix all ingredients by shaking, refrigerate for 3 hours.
  4. Thread pieces onto skewers.
  5. Grill over direct heat for 3 minutes per side
