Beef Teriyaki Kabobs
3 hour marinate
Ingredients
- 4 small red onions
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 2 zucchini
- 6 garlic gloves
- 1" ginger
- 2 lbs beef flank steak
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup molasses
- ½ cup peanut oil
- 1 TBSP toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 1 tsp mustard powder
Directions
- Cut up onions, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, and beef into bite size pieces.
- Mince garlic and ginger.
- In a sealable container mix all ingredients by shaking, refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Thread pieces onto skewers.
- Grill over direct heat for 3 minutes per side
