Ingredients
- 12 strips bacon (cut in half)
- 24 Medjool dates (pitted)
- ⅓ cup porter beer
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2oz goat cheese
Directions
- Boil porter and syrup for 8 mins until thickened.
- Fill the center of each date with goat cheese.
- Wrap each date in bacon.
- Brush the top side of the dates with half the syrup.
- Bake at 400° for 8 mins.
- Flip the dates over and brush the rest of the syrup over the dates.
- Bake again for 8 mins.
